How do I return an item?

Enter the email address associated with the order you want to return above. Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid FedEx shipping label via email. 

We cover the charges for shipping and handling on your domestic return.

Returning an item purchased before 7/24/19?

Please contact Customer Service at 877-887-7707.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your items are inspected by the warehouse, you will get your refund within approximately 2 business days. You can also use your refund to place a new order today with a website credit- no need to wait for return shipping and processing!

What items are returnable?

Items purchased in the last 30 days excluding original shipping charges.

Returns will ONLY be accepted if the item is unworn, unwashed, contains original tags, and hygienic liner for all swimwear. All items must be returned in the original condition. 

We cannot accept returns from outside retailers, only orders that were purchased from our store. We reserve the right to deny any returns on items that are not in their original condition.

What items are non-refundable?

Final Sale items cannot be returned.

International orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
